Speedy shoes is evil?

I i decided to colour a picture that's been sitting there nagging at me.... "Finish meeee! i'm so awesome! i need to be finished!"
So yeh, i ignored this bugger for almost a year now XD

I made the image really dark for some reason, urm... i think i tend to do realdy dark images actually... anyways, like this, he kinda looks like a zombie XD
